Shuki Porath

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Porath has over 19 years of medical device managerial experience. Prior to joining Keystone Heart, Ltd, Mr. Porath served as CEO at SeamVad Ltd and was CEO at ES Vascular Ltd. Formerly, Mr. Porath served as Senior Executive at Biosense Webster, a Johnson & Johnson Company, holding various executive positions in the areas of product management, business development, and clinical applications.

Lior Buchman, CPA

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Buchman joined Keystone Heart, having spent the previous four years as VP Finance and CFO at NiTi Surgical Solutions. Formerly, he served as VP Finance and CFO in medical device companies and VCs including Sightline Technologies, Stryker GI and Primary Ventures.
Lior has over 16 years of experience in corporate financing, M&A, investor relations, business development, corporate and sales strategy and legal affairs.

M. Pauliina Margolis, M.D., Ph.D.

Vice President and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Margolis joined Keystone Heart as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer. Prior to Keystone Heart, Dr. Margolis served as CMO and VP Scientific Affairs at Volcano Corporation. Formerly, she served as medical consultant to start-ups, VCs and large companies in Silicon Valley.
Dr. Margolis has over 50 original scientific publications, has post-doctoral training in experimental coronary ischemia (University of Cincinnati) and is a specialist in interventional cardiology (University of Edinburgh).

Ron Nitzan, Ph.D.

Vice President Clinical Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Dr. Nitzan has more than 15 years of experience in the field of medical devices, serving in various positions including R&D, application manager, Quality assurance, clinical studies and regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Keystone Heart, Dr. Nitzan served as Global Director of Clinical and Regulatory Affairs at Given Imaging Ltd, managing clinical studies world-wide.

Yuval Shezifi, D.Sc.

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Shezifi is a Medical Device Specialist. He has over 20 years of experience in innovative design, development, testing, and manufacturing of implant devices in the fields of spine orthopedics, sensory patches, and cardiovascular. Prior to joining Keystone Heart., Dr. Shezifi was Chief Technology Officer at Expandis, and Vice President of Research and Development in additional medical device companies. Dr. Shezifi received his Doctorate from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel.
